The Caraga Police Regional Office has sworn in Wednesday 327 new police recruits in a simple oath-taking ceremony at the PR0-13 headquarters in Camp Rafael Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City.

Caraga police director Chief Supt. Rolando B. Felix administered the oath to the new recruits who will soon undergo the strenuous six-month Public Safety Basic Recruit Course to be followed by another six-month Field Training Program under the Caraga Training School.

The new batch of recruits is composed of 94 females and 232 males. The applicants were screened through the regular recruitment quota.

Felix said congratulated the new recruits and welcomed them into the PNP organization and to PRO-13 in particular.

“You now officially belonged to the special breed of men and women in the noble profession of law enforcement. Do not stain or destroy your name, as you work in the organization,” he said in a statement. By CLC and Ben Serrano
