30% of Caraga’s target population now fully vaccinated vs COVID-19

Over 600,000 Caraganons or 30.86% of the regions’s target population have already been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the Department of Health in the region reported Monday, Nov. 15.

Latest DOH Caraga data showed 601,006 persons had been fully vaccinated in the region and that the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered so far has reached 1,257,977.

As of Monday, those who received their first dose reached 656,971, according to DOH Caraga

Based on the 2020 census, Caraga has a total population of 2,933,772. 

Caraga registered 38 new COVID-19 cases, 91 recoveries, and 12 deaths on Sunday.

The region has logged 48,635 cumulative cases since the onset of the pandemic last year. Of these, 46,245 have recovered, 1,845 have died, and 545 remain as active cases .CLC
