    While I agree that there is nothing wrong with an LGU loan as long as there are full disclosures of the loans, how it is being spent, it is transparent and spend it rightly, no corruption, kickbacks BUT the problem is the payment,,,, Di ha na…Problem also is How it will be paid (of course by the people, residents of that LGU who made the loans. It will be collected through increase of local taxes, sales tax, realty tax, income tax, excise tax, building permit taxes , vendor’s tax, market tax, local power and water consumption tax including THUMB TAX) What are terms of the loans? How many years to pay? What are modalities? How much is the interests? Mind you loan interests, plus penalties ,,ayayyyyy.. IN DEPTH STUDY REALLY NEEDED like how the loans in building infra will help Income generating projection of the LGU etc.. are the infra to be built will benefit everybody.. in terms cost and expenditures? On long term basis, how the loans will benefit for future per capita income of the populace, local GDP vis-a-vis local inflation rate…
