The Surigao City police wants CCTV security systems installed in high-density and crime-prone areas to beef up its anticrime campaign.
Surigao del Norte provincial police director Senior Supt. Anthony Maghari proposed the measure to the Provincial Advisory Council during their meeting on Wednesday amid criticisms hounding the PNP for its alleged failure to curb crime incidents in the city.
